SM2 worked with long standing client Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council to create the new MAGIC Resource Kit website that is free and online now.

The MAGIC site includes a number of revised and new resources for RTO’s, Employment Service Providers and Employers to attract, train and retain people with disabilities, mature job seekers and parents returning to the workforce in the community services and health workforce.

The original MAGIC (Mature Aged workers Giving In Care) Program started in 2004 to help place non-traditional workers in the Community Services and Health Industries. The program has since expanded and has been updated to feature materials to assist people with a disability, parents returning to work as well as mature aged workers. SM2 have designed and developed the website incorporating the new content from the MAGIC projects.
