SM2 created this online tool and microsite as a custom Joomla extension for integration into the existing CS&H Industry Skill Council site.

The Competency Matrix allows users who are not familiar with Training Packages to connect with the content through the use of familiar terminology around work function and job roles as the entry point rather than qualification codes and titles.

The Competency Matrix also contains detailed information on skill sets to assist in their appropriate use by employers and industry to build upon the existing skills and knowledge of qualified workers into expanded work roles or services.
