Confident Kids and Confident Teens is a social and emotional resiliency program for all children and teens aged 5-16 years, based on the well-researched theory and techniques of Cognitive-behavioural therapy and Mindfulness practice. Confident Kids teaches kids new ways to cope with challenging situations and how to pay attention to their physical experiences, thoughts and feelings in order to reduce worry, fear and stress.
SM2 provided development and consultancy services to build the Confident Kids and Confident Teens website and provided the following operational tools:
